This is how it all started…

My name is Keyshawn, and I am a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in English and a man with a strong love for literature. More importantly, my love for literature only empowers my passion for writing. Since I was young I have always enjoyed a good story. The source of good stories to me has always been diverse. Literature detailing the history of our world, fiction books, movies, and even video games were the catalysts for this passion. Pursuing this passion at University assisted me in gaining strong analytical skills in research and literature.

Previously, as a Content Writer at Medgar Evers College and a Community Support Worker at Mount Sinai Health System, I cultivated a strong foundation in creating engaging content and providing compassionate support to diverse populations. These experiences have solidified my commitment to serving communities with integrity and empathy, while continuously honing my writing and research competencies.
